To get the most value from CIOZoneXpo Virtual Events, we recommend that you plan your day, just as you would for a face-to-face event.
- Check the Event Agenda and be sure to take note of the timetable for the conference sessions and add them to your calendar so you don't miss an important event.
- Use the time between conference sessions to stop into the Exhibit Zone where you can visit the exhibitor booths, pick up information and ask questions of company representatives in real time.
- The Networking Zone functions as a rallying point for attendees, exhibitors and speakers to meet one another and chat. Stop in to see who is at the show and meet some of your peers.
- Be sure to visit the Resource Zone where you will find a wealth of free downloadable assets like white papers, case studies, product information and more.

In order to participate in the Keynotes and Presentations (webcasts), you need to have the following minimum systems requirements:
To interact with the online show requires a Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum or Firefox 1.5. Mac with Firefox 1.5 is also supported. Access to the internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall show and is required for all Education Sessions and Presentations. Pop-up blockers must also be disabled. On entering the show, a system check is run which will identify PC requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online show.
