John is an editorial veteran of the technology marketplace whose accomplishments and merits stand out in the industry. John is the former VP/Editor-in-Chief of Ziff Davis' Baseline and CIO Insight, two of the most highly regarded magazines covering business and information technology. He set the strategy for the publications and led the teams of award-winning investigative business journalists, technology editors, bloggers, and researchers. In 2005, John was awarded the Jesse H. Neal Gold Award-the Pulitzer Prize for the business press-for Best Single Article, and was a finalist in the same category in 2003. Accolades include several American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) awards for columns, features and case studies, including two top editorial prizes in 2006. John was also the Editor of Ziff's Inter@ctive Week, where he created The Inter@ctive 500, the first-ever ranking of e-commerce companies by online revenues. He also was the Editorial Director at SIGS Publications, Editor of CMP's InformationWeek in print and online, served as the Editor-in-Chief of InfoDaily and appeared as a regular analyst on CNBC's Technology Edge program.

Stephen Bozzo is 1-800-FLOWERS.COM's Senior Vice President and Chief Information Office, a position he assumed in April, 2007. Mr. Bozzo is responsible for all aspects of IT Planning, Development, Delivery Management, Infrastructure, and E-Commerce.
Mr. Bozzo came to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM with vast experience in technology. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the international division of MetLife Insurance Company for four years, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of MetLife locations in 17 countries. While there, Mr. Bozzo created regional hosting facilities, established global outsourcing relationships, a governance process, and a new IT organization. Before MetLife, Mr. Bozzo's held positions at Bear Stearns as Managing Director, AIG as Senior Vice President of Telecommunications and Technical Services, and Chase Manhattan Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Telecommunications before leaving after 17 years of service.
Mr. Bozzo holds a B.B.A. in accounting and computer science from Pace University, an MS in computer science from the Polytechnic University, and a certificate from the Graduate Program for Executives from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been a member of many associations including the Board of Directors for the Security Industry Association Technology Committee, the Education Committee of the International Communications Association, the Advisory Board for New York City Technical College, and director of the Wall Street Telecommunications Association.

Howard Bruck—Panelist

Howard Bruck is the Chief Information Officer of Hudson Valley Bank where he oversees the technology strategy and execution for two Banks, and an Investment Management division. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Fordham University Graduate Business School.
Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Bruck was CIO for Trafin, a partnership between Marubeni and JM Huber, created to facilitate international trade finance. Previously, he was Managing Director of MIS the New York Stock Exchange. He also served 10 years at PepsiCo where he was an IT Director for the International divisions.
Mr. Bruck earned his MBA in Accounting from Fordham University, BS in Mathematics from C.W. Post College, and has published several works on project and operations management. He is a Director of the Fairfield-Westchester Chapter of the Society for Information Management and a member of IBM's Mid-Market Advisory Council.

Kevin Knox—Panelist
Kevin Knox is vice president of Commercial Business for AMD. In this role Kevin is responsible for developing AMD's commercial business through direct engagements with key end-user customers, enabling key system channel partners, working closely with OEM partners and developing AMD's commercial marketing efforts.
Prior to joining AMD, Kevin served as vice president of personal and distributed technologies at the GartnerGroup research analyst firm. Kevin's client list included large enterprises, small-to-medium businesses, as well as government and educational organizations. Kevin also held IT-related management positions at Hertz, Pepsi and PPG Industries where he was responsible for a variety of IT and business functions.
Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in Management Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

As Insight's Vice President of the Technology Practices and Service Sales, Chris Tessier is responsible for maintaining alignment between Insight's pre-sales technology experts and sales teams to deliver world-class hardware, software and services solutions to Insight's North America clients.
Chris leads four of Insight's Technology Practices including: Enterprise Software Solutions, Advanced Communication Solutions, High Performance Systems/Storage Solutions and Lifecycle Management Solutions. Working together and with our partners, these practice teams customize total solutions for our clients' unique needs and develop new solutions offerings to enhance our existing capabilities. The organization is responsible for building a tighter connection between the Client Solutions, Field Service Delivery and Sales organizations to ensure consistency with solutions offerings.
With more than 23 years of IT experience, Chris has held executive sales, operational and delivery positions at Fortune 1000 companies which include: IBM, MCI, and Vanstar/Inacom. Chris has also held senior equity positions at two start-up companies (Meritage Technologies and Greenwich Technology Partners).
