I'm always looking for career advice specific to IT leaders---not for myself, of course, but to pass on in this space. You probably don't need me to tell you how...similar a lot of the so-called wisdom is. I refuse to waste readers' time telling them yet again that they should really get to know their company's business or work on their communication skills.
