Typically victims of cybercrime never discover who the person or organization behind the crime was. In the complicated world of buying and selling malicious code and the sensitive information it extracts, the perpetrator of a crime such as identity theft could actually be a string of people that each play a role -- luring unsuspecting Internet users, trapping their information, selling it on the black market, and finally using the stolen identity for personal gain.

But that's not the case in a recent cybercrime law suit that's making headlines. According to an article in Tuesday's Washington Post, a woman is suing Delta Air Lines for unauthorized access to her e-mail accounts, and she knows exactly why Delta would want to do such a thing.
