I am not yet sure. So far, I have not been impressed with the Microsoft Saas offerings and so am taking a wait and see attitude.

Currently with a small firm. Many users are mobile, so due to unreliable connectivity the cloud does not make sense for these apps. To save money we may go with alternative Microsoft compatible solutions.
Host the applications we write for managing healthcare benefits. Applications do include some Microsoft apps.
