Greetings,

A huge thank you to all involved in establishing this site!

I have two questions:

1. It is not clear to me how I can change my password. Will you kindly assist?

2. What is the interest in establishing a group specific to configuration management, release engineering, change management and ITIL?

thx,

Stephen,

Here are the steps for changing your password:

1. Login

2. Use the "my profile" link to view your profile.

3. You'll see a field called "password and verify password". Change your password credentials in those fields and you'll recieve a new email with your login details.

If you forget your password you can use the "forgot" password link in the login box area.

I hope this is helpful.
