The economic downturn is challenging IT outsourcers as companies cut technology spending or look to win concessions from their providers. At the same time, however, outsourcing is seen as one of the most attractive ways to quickly pare costs.


The bottom line: Many outsourcers will struggle in this recession while others will seize the opportunities and grow.
