After you finish a call, this app from Redwood Technologies prompts you to tag it. Who was on the phone? What was the call about? Can it be assigned to a project? At the end of the month, you get an Excel spreadsheet that sorts your conversations. If you're trying to keep track of business activity conducted on your BlackBerry, it's a tough app to beat, though Redwood offers a version with more flexible logging and reporting for about $8 a month.
