In 2001, when I was the Editor in Chief of CIO Insight magazine, a colleague introduced me to the thinking of Stanford Professor Bob Sutton. She sent me his "Ten Things I Believe" list. I loved what he had identified on this list and I put it on the bulletin board over my desk so I could look at it whenever I wanted a quick hit of business wisdom. Here then are ten pearls from Professor Sutton.
