TD Ameritrade Promotes CIO To COO
TD Ameritrade's chief information officer Dave Kelley has been promoted to chief operating officer

TD Ameritrade's chief information officer Dave Kelley has been promoted to chief operating officer.
In his new role, Kelley will be responsible for technology, brokerage operations and an expanded project management organization, the company said. He will report directly to the Fred Tomczyk, the online brokerage's current COO who will take over the chief executive spot on Oct. 1.
The company did not say who, if anyone, would replace Kelley in the CIO role.
