PharMerica Names New CIO
PharMerica, a company which operates institutional pharmacies across the country, has promoted John Kernaghan to the role of CIO.
Kernaghan joined PharMerica in April of 2008 as vice president of information services. Prior to joining PharMerica he served seven years as CIO at PhamaCare, a subsidiary of CVS Corp. His IT career spans some 40 years with such companies as General Electric and Honeywell.
Leidal Joins Carestream Health As CIO
Carestream Health, a provider of dental and medical imaging systems based in Rochester, N.Y., has hired Bruce Leidal as its new CIO.
Leidal joins Carestream from Hayes Lemmerz, a global automotive supplier headquartered in Northville, Mich., where he also served as CIO.
