Some reports indicate that IT spending may be trimmed and that 2009 technology plans are likely to be reviewed. The CIOZone community responded to our questions regarding budget cuts, operations reductions and changes in infrastructure management and implementation. The results indicate increased spending on virtualization and green IT projects, while reducing spending on R&D and software upgrades.
