A lot is made of IT jobs being sent to India. Yet the top six India-based IT service providers—Satyam, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant and HCL Technologies—accounted for just 2.4% of the total worldwide IT services market last year. But they are growing—and capturing bigger deals.

	From my perspective there is much more happening than just through these six companies that you name. This is happening both through the global consulting companies and the smaller outfits. Some of the smaller outfits innnovate faster, offer tremeduous value and are growing emanating out of India. Guest

	You may be surprised if youo evaluate further. The Top-6 also outsource upto from 30% to close to 100% of their jobs to other Indian companies. The effective manpower that is being utlisied for the jobs won by top 6 is much higher. Guest
