Last week I've participated in a conference dedicated to subject-oriented business process management (mainly - modeling) in Karlsruhe, Germany. Unless it was a BPM event, it was properly organized and orchestrated. So we really considered the subject.
The idea is to give a participant of the BP an instrument for describing his own communication to other participants and internal activity to serve it. After everyone draws his behavior in a simple instrument, the hole model could be immediately  played out to verify. There are several concept-proof examples.
The whole idea is great, and we can talk about re-birth of the idea, implemented in the first examples of electronic administrative orders in Electronic Russia 2000-2005. But here we can see WORKING instrument from. As usual.
