Do you people feel there is a disconnect between the legal policies and process set-forth for managing and information and the technologies underlying them? It seems that the blunders of e-discovery that are constantly in the papers demonstrate that there is some communication lapse, no? Let me know your thoughts on this matter. Daniel

What specific disconnects are most obvious? Are you referring to the technology being offered by the countless vendors in the industry? 
 
In my conversations with different law firms I do find that many feel they are being forced to adapt their processes to fit the features/workflows of software when it should be the other way around.
