Apple Tops PC Satisfaction Rating |

Once again, Apple has topped customer satisfaction rankings by PC users, according to a report released on Tuesday by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The PC maker received the highest rating ever given to a PC manufacturer in this year's report, which also gauges consumer satisfaction with other electronic devices such as televisions, as well as home appliances, in its durable goods index.
