From the forums: Working With Recruiters

Some companies have been posting jobs to these boards with the stipulation that the people they are looking to hire already have a job. Just think how much of the legitimate job pool they are eliminating by making such an idiotic assumption that those without a current job must have been sub-par in some way. In my experience, many with the most experience (and the most expensive) tend to be let go first.

From the comments: What Happened in AT&T's iPad Breach?

It seems both parties made significant mistakes. The security firm didn't notify AT&T and allow sufficient time for AT&T to act before going public with the security problem. AT&T initially failed to manage their Web site security and then had bad PR management.

From the comments: What Happened in AT&T's iPad Breach?

Actually, Goatse reported that they waited until they were sure AT&T had already patched the flaw before they released their notice of the flaw. You can see that response in the "Goatse Fires Back" page of the article.
