Bankers Healthcare Taps New CTO
Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG), which provides financing for healthcare professionals, has announced the appointment of Gregory Zimonopoulos as CTO. In his new role, Zimonopoulos will be in charge of the company's IT infrastructure and will leverage his experience in strategic business planning and execution, client relationship management, market analysis and team leadership, according to BHG.
"BHG is poised for phenomenal growth and our technologic infrastructure and platform will be critical to achieving this growth," said chief operating officer Eric Castro. "Greg possesses the talent, experience, vision and overall leadership that will be paramount to our success as an organization. He will be an asset to our company and key member of our executive team."
Zimonopoulos is currently the chairman of Cisco Systems' Multi-Channel User Committee and was previously the vice president of IT and IS at Faneuil Inc. Based in Southwest Ranches, Fla., BHG provides working capital for healthcare professionals of all specialties throughout the country.
