There are a lot of articles on how to answer the tough interview questions. Forget them. I asked four of the actual people sitting behind the desk what they like to ask job seekers. These are real questions, recruiters' personal favorites, and they're targeted at you, IT leaders.
It goes without saying that the goal here is not to add these to the stash of questions you practice before an interview. It's far more productive to consider these examples collectively to gain some insight into what recruiters are trying to assess, and perhaps even get a rough sketch of what a good CIO candidate looks like.
